James E. Morris Addresses Conference of the American College of Civil Trial Mediation

Upstate New York Mediator James E. Morris addressed the annual Conference of the American College of Civil Trial Mediation held June 25-27 in Half Moon Bay, California. Mr. Morris contributed to a discussion involving over 40 full-time mediators on mass casualty torts and mediation resolution. Mr. Morris shared his experiences with a recent bus accident mediation that involved more than 50 claims.
